Take a very deep breath, calm your mind, set your intension for relaxation and rejuvenation and start this challenge with love for yourself! ♥️

Warning: if pregnant, have had any face injections recently, have serious issues with spine or internal organs - postpone joining this challenge until healed, or skip all exercises for the area of concern. In this case the results may not be as great as expected.

Circulatory Jumps
Quickest way to boost Lymph circulation!
Replace this exercise with "Cockroach" exercise or skip altogether if you are pregnant or postpartum, have spine pains, lowered organs or recently underwent an operation.

Neck Stretch
Keep your back straight, shoulders back, with the top of your head reaching up to the ceiling.
Look right, and try to align your chin with your shoulder.
We are going to do 5 breaths for each position.
On the final breath out, we gently switch and look left.
After 5 breaths, back to centre, look... -
