For this exercise we’re going to be using our knuckles.
Place them on top of your eyebrows, and with our elbows on our knees or the table in front of us, we use the weight of our head to press firmly.
Do not use any additional strength to press harder.
Now we move very slowly upwards with constant pressure.
All the way past our hairline.
Feel how the muscles are getting stretched and relaxed.
And we do this two more times.
No rush.

Horizontal Strokes (Forehead)
We are going to use part of our index fingers called the Phalanx.
We place them in between our eyebrows.
(Elbows on the table or on our knees)
Use the weight of your head to press your phalanxes into your eyebrow muscles. Do not put any extra pressure, try to relax your neck as much as possible.

Lifted Eyebrow Blinks
We are going to place our knuckles just under our eyebrows - with the knuckle of our little finger at the beginning of the brow and the knuckle of our index finger at the end.
Then, using our knuckles, we pull our eyebrows up and apart from each other.
