Here we are simply squeezing our lips with our fingers, pulling and massaging them outwards. It should not hurt.
It doesn’t matter where your start, just grab as far back as you can.
And make sure you thoroughly work each area at least twice.
Do not rush.
And we finish with a few gentle pats and smoothing strokes.

Place your phalanxes in the middle of your chin, with your elbows on the table or your knees.
Now press your fingers into your muscles using only the weight of your head.
