Chin Hooks
2m 13s
Now I am going to show you how to easily sharpen your jaw line!
First - we fix our chin in place with our right hand, and with our index and middle fingers on our left hand we make two hooks, like so.
Our Index finger goes under the jaw and our middle finger will be sliding along the mandible.
Press them in and really slowly move them all the way along the mandible
Wrapping it up behind the corner of our jaw.
And we repeat this 4 more times.
Move slowly and squeeze away all the undesirable build up.
Use firm pressure. You can add a drop of face oil if you feel it’s necessary to ease the sliding.
And at the end of the last stroke finish with a gentle move down the neck with your knuckles
And we repeat it all for the right side.
Hold your chin with your left hand and make two hooks with your right.
5 strokes.
Make sure you sharpen the corner of your jaw and get under it.
Do not rush, we don’t want to stretch the skin.
Finishing with the gentle stroke down the neck.
