Eyebrow Massage

To eliminate our frown lines we need to relax our eyebrow muscles.
First, we lift our left eyebrow with the index finger of our left hand
And with the middle finger on our right hand we massage our eyebrow with circular motions.
Then we do the same, about half a centimetre above our eyebrow,
And then move another half a centimetre up.
When a painful spot comes around - give it an extra few seconds massage then move on.
And we repeat this two more times for this side.
Then switch to the right eyebrow.
And we done!
