Here are some important things to note...
Step-By-Step:
As I mentioned in the Welcome video, please do not skip any exercises. Each step plays a vital role in producing the final result, and it's incredibly important that you complete each day (and the challenge as a whole) without skipping a single step. All of the exercises in this challenge are designed to be suitable for anyone, however if an exercise is not suitable or appropriate (due to pregnancy or any other reason) just leave a comment underneath the video of the exercise in question and I'll suggest an alternative for you!
Hot Water Hydration:
Every day, the first thing I want you do when you wake up is to drink a glass of hot water to hydrate yourself. Do not skip this! This hydrates your body, takes it out of "water retention" mode and allows the excess water and lymphatic fluid in your face to drain. It should be about as hot as a takeaway coffee, and I suggest you continue to sip hot water throughout the day.
Posture:
It is extremely important to improve your posture! Without it, your results will be far less visible and will not last. So when you come across the posture exercises, please complete them in-full... The before/after results will shock you!
Where To Do Exercises:
You can do your exercises wherever it's convenient for you! However, for some exercises you'll need to place your elbows either on a table or your knees, so bear that in mind. I'd suggest a sitting desk or table with your phone or computer in front of you so you can watch the classes with ease.
The First Day:
Day 1 (tomorrow) is a nice and easy start to the challenge. There are only a few exercises to complete and it's designed to get you comfortable and familiar with how the program works. In the days that follow, I'll steadily introduce new exercises. As a result, the time you will need to dedicate to complete the day will extend. Most days take about 20-35 minutes to complete, and the largest day (Day 8) takes about 42 minutes.
Best results can be achieved not because of intensity but consistency!
