We are going to use part of our index fingers called the Phalanx.
We place them in between our eyebrows.
(Elbows on the table or on our knees)
Use the weight of your head to press your phalanxes into your eyebrow muscles. Do not put any extra pressure, try to relax your neck as much as possible.

Place your phalanxes in the middle of your chin, with your elbows on the table or your knees.
Now press your fingers into your muscles using only the weight of your head.
Very slowly, start moving your fingers apart along the jaw towards the corners, keeping pressure throughout.
