We are going to use our knuckles to squeeze that second chin away!
Looking straight, we place two knuckles on the base of our chin.
Then we press and move our knuckles under our chin, tucking them under our jawbone.
With constant upwards pressure, we drag our knuckles towards the corners of our jaw.
And we finish with a slight movement down our neck.
Alright, keep going and keep looking straight.
We’re going to do 10 slow strokes.
And we’re done!
