Keep your back straight, shoulders back, with the top of your head reaching up to the ceiling.
We place the palm of our right hand on our right temple and press on it.
And our head should be resisting the push.
We press for 10 counts.
Then we stretch our neck by tilting our head to the left, using our left hand to gently assist the stretch.
We hold this stretch for 20 counts.
Now back to the centre, and we place the palm of our left hand on our left temple and press on it.
Continue to resist the push with your head for 10 counts.
Then we stretch our neck by tilting our head to the right, using our right hand to gently assist the stretch for 20 counts.
Back to the centre.
Next we put both hands on our forehead and press on it.
Again using our neck muscles to resist the push.
Resist for 10 counts.
Then we stretch our neck by placing our hands just under our collarbones and lifting our chin to the ceiling.
Count till 20.
Then we tilt slightly right, with the left corner of our jaw pointing up.
And then we tilt left.
Beautiful. Back to centre.
Now place your hands behind your head and pull it forward.
Resist this for 10 counts.
Now with our hands still on the back of our head, we bring our chin to our chest and stretch for 20 counts.
Now bring your chin to your right collarbone, and use your right hand to assist the stretch.
Then turn to the left collarbone and assist with left hand.
Back to the centre, and we finish the stretch with 3 slow head rotations one direction, breathing in on the way back and breathing out when rolling forward.
And 3 rotations in the opposite direction.
That’s it!
