Place your phalanxes in the middle of your chin, with your elbows on the table or your knees.
Now press your fingers into your muscles using only the weight of your head.
Very slowly, start moving your fingers apart along the jaw towards the corners, keeping pressure throughout.
And then, with our knuckles, we finish by gently massaging down our neck.
We repeat this move two more times thoroughly stretching those muscles and smoothing our jawline.
Remember to finish each rep with a gentle stroke down the neck using our knuckles.

First - we fix our chin in place with our right hand, and with our index and middle fingers on our left hand we make two hooks, like so.
