We are going to use part of our index fingers called the Phalanx.
We place them in between our eyebrows.
(Elbows on the table or on our knees)
Use the weight of your head to press your phalanxes into your eyebrow muscles. Do not put any extra pressure, try to relax your neck as much as possible.
Very very slowly spread your fingers apart, moving along the top of your eyebrows towards your temples.
When you reached your temples, switch to your knuckles, press, and continue the move towards the back of your head.
We repeat this move 2 more times.
Feel how the muscles are being massaged and stretched.
These muscles are very often in spasm, so it may be a little painful in the beginning.
