We are going to roll away our second chin. Literally!
Simply grab as much skin as you can from under your chin and roll it outwards (do not pull away and stretch your skin too much).
Roll with your thumbs or your fingers, whatever is more convenient to you.
Continue rolling until you reach the side of your neck.
And repeat for the other side as well.
You can roll with one hand if you prefer, it doesn’t matter.
This exercise can be done every day, and one or two minutes will be enough.
Finish with a slow stroke down the neck.
