Upper Eyelid Lift

We are going to start with an upper eyelid massage on our left eye.
Using our left hand, we lift our left eyebrow and use the middle finger on our right hand to press firmly and massage our eyelid with circulars motion, moving slowly outwards from the bridge of our nose.
The circular motions should be rotating up and outwards.
And we do 2 more reps.
Alright, now the stretch.
Place and hold your right middle finger just above the corner of your eye, and with your left middle finger, gently stretch the muscles outwards, moving along the eyebrow bone.
If your fingers have difficulty to glide along your skin you can use a tiny amount of eye cream or face oil.
We do 5 slow stretching strokes outwards.
Great! Now we do the same to our right eye!
Lift our brow and do the massage. Pay attention to the direction of the circular movement.
And two more times.
Then stretch - 5 slow strokes.
