Lifted Eyebrow Blinks

We are going to place our knuckles just under our eyebrows - with the knuckle of our little finger at the beginning of the brow and the knuckle of our index finger at the end.
Then, using our knuckles, we pull our eyebrows up and apart from each other.
Then with our eyebrows lifted, we blink 50 times. Approximately, one blink per second.
Remember to look forward and keep your back straight.
And after we finish blinking, we just move our knuckles upwards past our hairline.
Voila!
